Pick your tour: three hours for up to 4 people at $195, six hours for up to 6 people at $375, or the full nine hour tour for up to 8 people at $585, Ghost Hunter Kit included. Bringing more? Additional people are $50 each, up to 8 in the building.

Every tour is self-guided — this property is so haunted, we run the whole thing remotely. Your door code arrives by email before your session: punch it into the keypad, come through the door, make an immediate right, and press play. The on-screen orientation walks you through the building, the equipment, and the rules — then the hotel is yours.

One thing to know: your code is live for exactly your booked window — a three-hour tour gets exactly three hours before the numbers change. And don't lock yourself in.
